Teresa KErrigan
Owner and President of Project Site Solutions, LLC.
Teresa Kerrigan graduated from University of Colorado School of Law in 2002. She joined the Denver based firm of Holme Roberts and Owen and practiced real estate, development and lending law for 6 years. She formed Raw Land Solutions, LLC to continue her work in real estate and development as a non-lawyer consultant. In 2012, after working with Suncor Energy on their zoning, building permits and road work, she formed Project Site Solutions, LLC. She has enjoyed working with many different disciplines and service providers. She is a master of combining the best service providers for various projects. Your project success is always her goal.
Joseph Kerrigan
Co-Owner and Vice President
Joe Kerrigan graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He holds his Professional Engineer’s license in Colorado. He has worked for almost 20 years in earth retainage and roadway design. This has included project management and oversight of large public and private projects.
